Dr. Jessica Aron is a licensed psychologist in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida. She earned her doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She provides therapy and counseling services for adults, children, and adolescents in English and Spanish.

Areas of Expertise
She has been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is highly skilled at helping people regulate their emotions while implementing effective coping skills and improving their quality of life. In addition to DBT approaches, her therapeutic style integrates various treatments deemed effective by scientific research. These treatments include, but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Dr. Jessica received expert training in the treatment of eating disorders during her postdoctoral residency at Oliver-Pyatt Centers, a comprehensive residential eating disorder treatment center. During her time there she developed patient programming for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders and a wide-variety of emotional difficulties. She provided compassionate, effective treatment to clients in individual, family, and group formats as well as leading educational seminars for families. In her private practice, Dr. Jessica continues to work with individuals and families of all ages who wish to heal their relationship with food and make peace with their bodies.
