ONLINE THERAPY
Dr. Jessica has the multi-state PSYPACT telehealth authorization. This allows her to see patients via telehealth in over 35 states.
Online therapy provides access to mental health services in situations where an in-office visit is not possible, likely, or convenient.
It provides an easy way to get the care you need in spite of any limiting factors such as a busy lifestyle, time constraints, disability, or illness.
Online therapy is also a great option for teens and young adults who may be living away from home in a boarding school setting or for college. For these reasons, I am licensed in multiple states and offer online therapy via a confidential video stream.
What's great about online therapy is that you can log on at a time that works for you and receive the same quality treatment as you would in a traditional therapy office. My clients have found this format of therapy to be both convenient and beneficial in meeting their wellness needs. I welcome the opportunity to work with you to help you achieve your goals!

With the exception of crisis situations, online therapy is appropriate for most issues addressed in traditional therapy. All clients, whether in-person or online, receive equal treatments backed by research that are found to be effective in alleviating symptoms. You can expect to receive high-quality therapy with a focus on helping you achieve your goals.

Do I need special equipment for online therapy?
